📅 Today is Day 220 of 1000
📉 Change from Start ($100,000): +$20,600.00 (+20.60%)
Welcome to the 1000 Days Trading Challenge – my personal journey to become a disciplined SPX trader. Each day, I document my trades, results, and lessons as I test strategies like the SPX double calendar and 0DTE options trading. The goal? Transform a disciplined approach into long-term success — starting July 14, 2025 with an initial capital of $50,000. Adding $50,000 more on Nov 10,2025 so total capital is $100,000 on Nov 10,2025.
Why a Trading Challenge?
Trading without structure often leads to overtrading, FOMO, and inconsistent results. This blog is my commitment to staying disciplined by tracking every trade for 1000 days.
Focus: SPX Trading
SPX is the backbone of U.S. equity markets and one of the most liquid options products in the world. Its deep liquidity, tight spreads, and 0DTE options make it ideal for testing systematic trading strategies.

About the 1000 Days Challenge
On July 14, 2025, I began the 1000 Days Trading Challenge with a starting capital of $50,000.
The goal? To document every step of my options trading journey — including profits, losses, mistakes, psychology, and lessons learned — for 1000 trading days.
I focus primarily on SPX double calendar strategies, and I post weekly performance reviews with complete transparency.
This blog isn’t about guarantees or get-rich-quick schemes. It’s about building consistency, managing risk, and learning from real trades — no hindsight, no filters.
